The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law July 26, 1990.
The law prohibits discrimination against qualified people with disabilities
in employment, public services and transportation, public accommodations,
and telecommunications. This program explains the requirements that are
applicable to all states. Can be used to train management, supervisors, and
