NOTICE: Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) now requires entry-level driver training for intrastate operations! Intrastate drivers who began operating a CMV requiring a CDL on or after July 20, 2003, are required to complete training by July 31, 2005. Drivers who begin operating a CMV requiring a CDL on or after July 31, 2005, must receive the training prior to operating a CMV.
Easy-to-use and ready-to-deliver, this new program is designed to help you meet the training requirements for entry-level CMV drivers (49 CFR Part 380) ... it's also great training for all your veteran drivers!

* Driver Wellness - Basic health information including diet, exercise, avoiding excessive use of alcohol, and preventing driver fatigue
* Hours of Service* - Limitations of driving hours, off duty requirements, and record of duty status
* Whistleblower Protection - Driver rights, employer responsibilities, and the complaint process
In addition to the video, DVD and VHS versions include a trainer's guide, 11 driver handbooks, 10 certifications of training, a training register, and an awareness poster to help you conduct driver training.
