Job Master has every feature required to produce a job, from initial bid through production to shipping. It is network ready and contains all modules for one price. Job Master contains modules for quotations, sales orders, shop travelers/work orders, inventory, invoicing/P.O.s, and shipping.
Job Master produces bills of materials, bills of lading, sales commission reports, invoices, Purchase Orders, RFBs, Certifications, inspection reports and more. Currently in use in hundreds of companies, Job Master has links available to QuickBooks, Peach Tree and Excel. It is multi-user ready right out of the box, and comes complete with a step by step users guide/implementation manual.
Many customers report installing Job Master and implementing it in less than a week. Job Master allows users to develop quotes, and produce subsequent sales orders with a click of the mouse. Once a sales order is approved, another mouse click produces a Shop Traveler (the internal work order for the job).
Job Master’s Shop Traveler provides for explaining and tracking each production step coupled with a complete production sequence. The Shop Traveler module produces a bill of materials, inspections and inspection reports, and, if required, produces certifications when a job is completed. Job Master also has bar coding enabled for the tracking of work orders. Job Master tracks inventory, as well as partial shipments and delivery backlogs.
This package also tracks work and order histories, projects sold but not yet entered into production, and work in progress. Operators can also pull date range reports showing product actually shipped and invoiced in a selected time frame, and the number and value of jobs still in production which are yet to be invoiced and shipped.
